Concept Art
A concept artist is a designer who visualizes & creates art for characters, creatures, vehicles, environments, and other creative assets. Concept art is used to visualize ideas so that modelers, animators, and VFX teams can make these ideas ready for production. The artist must bring these ideas to life through their artwork.Concept artists need to know design and how to create a design that blends well with any creative project. A concept artist working for Pokémon will have a very different design style than a concept artist working for Harry Potter.
One of my favourite concept artists is Adam Brockbank. He is most famously for his work on several Harry Potter movies as well as some Marvel as well. His work is so beautiful and detailed, it really brings to life what the writers would have imagined.

He designs more aspects of a film than you might think. For example, in Harry Potter, not only will he produce these beautiful scenes and landscape view, but he will also design all these amazing characters and objects, be it broomsticks, wands or even just a clock.
